Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy — SVAKRIT

At SVAKRIT, every piece is made with care and checked before dispatch. Because many of our products are made-to-order or printed specifically for each order, we do not offer casual returns for change of mind. However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

1. Returns accepted only in these cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received the wrong size than what was ordered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The print is defective, misprinted, or clearly faulty

2. Return / issue reporting window

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at svakrit93@gmail.com with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the product
  • clear photos of the issue
  • a short explanation of the problem

3. Items not eligible for return/refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • wrong size chosen by the customer
  • change of mind
  • dislike of color / design after delivery
  • minor color difference caused by screen display
  • products that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or used

4. Size exchanges

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
If we sent the wrong size, we will replace it.
If the customer ordered the wrong size, return/exchange is generally not guaranteed.

5. Refund / replacement resolution

If your request is approved, SVAKRIT may offer one of the following:

  • a replacement product
  • a store credit
  • a refund, if replacement is not possible

6. Refund timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

7. Custom orders

Custom-designed or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved design/order details.
